“I began to realize how important it was to be an enthusiast in life. He taught me that if you are interested in something, no matter what it is, go at it at full speed ahead. Embrace it with both arms, hug it, love it and above all become passionate about it. Lukewarm is no good. Hot is no good either. White hot and passionate is the only thing to be.”

—Roald Dahl (1916-1990)
British Novelist

Autumn Breeze...

Free owes no one anything...Crisp clean motivating and inspiring...throw in the sun off the northern mountains and you have a symphony. Where you say...in the depths of my soul..what you say... Autumns Breeze whispering on my face in the day of contemplation.

Needing and Wanting

Nanny McPhee: There is something you should understand about the way I work. When you need me but do not want me, then I must stay. When you want me but no longer need me, then I have to go. It's rather sad, really, but there it is.
[Nanny McPhee turns around to walk out of the room, but stops once she hears Simon
Simon Brown: We will never want you!
Nanny McPhee: Then I will never go

1932-1998 the dash - of MOM2

We my brothers and sisters and I all have different memories of mother. She was great at meeting us at our points of need. She knew who were the stronger and the weaker ones. I resented her telling me that but I loved her for knowing and catering to those individual needs. I cried over the days she didn't visit me on her journey North...because according to her I didn’t need it. She gave us what we needed...even if we didn't like it. She made all of us feel special. Her way of making me feel special was sharing with her friends that I was going to become a Doctor. She created harmony among us. Her sons respected her BUT not all of them honored her in the sense of creating a lifestyle that was befitting of mother queen who had raised 6 boys on her own.  She was OK with that because she still loved them like Christ love the church.

Let the storm rage on

It's time to see beyond the limits NOW that the storm has passed...I'm soaring above the clouds the air is thin but I'm breathing just fine

1932-1998 the dash of MOM

I'm sure my grandmother celebrated her day of Birth and yet others mourned her death.
I celebrated the dash(the time she lived) from our days together. Each of her 9 children has a different dash for mom she shared her dash with strangers, friends and family alike. One of the most important lessons I learned from mom was giving out the of her need. Another was always helping those in need. I remember once she brought home from one of travels a Chinese girl that rode with her on the Greyhound bus back to Charleston, SC. This young girl spoke little English and had no family, friends, or anywhere to lay her head. Of course, mom being mom offered her a place to stay.  We were afraid for mom’s safety but she said, “you never know when you are entertaining  Angel's”.  She went to bed ...got up the next morning and made her breakfast then helped her along the way.
In that she taught me compassion and love.

Kindness takin for WEAKNESS!!

All of Kindness taken for weakness!!! Take up with GOD!

Let me think about this....I'm at a lost for words...This is a tough question...I'm at a lost for words...Let me not say the wrong thing to offend or make you think something other that what I'm really thinking...the conversations has become saturated/stale...URBAN:

  • lol

  • ok

  • uhh

  • what
  • wtf

  • yes

  • blah

  • eh

  • no

  • sigh

  • uh

  • umm

  • heh

  • well
  • Feel the Feel

Strung out on life...scatter like stars the future is now...live it..feel the feel..we hold tomorrow by pursuing the now and fulfilling our destiny and letting go of our fears of yesterday...it's gone our hope is in now, tomorrow, the future and our destiny....glance back to gain momentum to soar!

    Fight for it

All the things I didn't I say like No when I said YES...or Yes when I should have said NO! no more...there's a fire burning inside...I'm taking back my life BACK!...I still have FIGHT left in ME...Breathe OUT...Breathe IN...Watch my shadow...

    There is Love in you

Don't complicate it by letting the past in...I know you...I've been there...but you're lost on the road to misery.  There is love in love I know it ...I told you secrets only revealed in my soul I have been patient but slowly I've lost faith with you...I know the shadows of your heart...the dark parts that you revealed to no one...I see it I know it...I carried it in the bowels of my belly. I took it to the redeemer and He brought me back to you and told me that there is love in you.

    Do you remember...

You said God chose me for you... cut from your rib...obviously it's not from the word of God BUT from your ego...everything that you said that we'd be...it was all a lie I hung onto your every word
don't you remember...don't you remember... everything you told me that God told you (Man of God)
... How can you love someone and everything just change...Everything you said we'd be
All the things you said...Don't you remember

    Call it what you want

    Call it what you want
Every time something dies something comes alive on a journey of life.  There will always be an inner struggle if we aren't in right  relationships with God, self, and others. Life will name you before you get a chance to embark on your path...
Look inside...though difficult some times...don't pretend to be who you are not

Know that God is using what you can't see to bless you don't despair
God can't bless who you pretend to be...
So why not proclaim your destiny in FAITH and...rename those (challenges/circumstances/setbacks/false visions) that come into our lives

Instead of calling them what they're called...Let's say what God says it is...VICTORY

Don't name it according to what you see...BUT what you were PROMISED

The purpose of life...Ralph W. Emerson

The purpose of life is not to be happy. It is to be useful, to be honorable, to be compassionate, to have it make some difference that you have lived and lived well.”

When God saves us we are made to look like we never did it...the change...there's enough power that anything that's not like God is removed...the testimony...relationships and conversations...the walk...in order to see the revival die to titles

I'm in a league of my own catch me if you can I shook the dust off gaining leverage an art that is achieved daily; in spirit mind and body...

Comes not from MAN: It affirms your strength not your weaknesses...seeks to build, uplift, not tear down with words Is quick to attend to...doesn't grieve the spirit...IT seeks to understand and accept another's internal experience...not to agree or approve...but builds and yields
